It got here super fast, faster than I expected. I was a little suspicious at first because shipping is almost never that quick, but everything arrived fine...

"I had to exchange a gift from our..."
I had to exchange a gift from our registry i expected it to be annoying. But the whole thing was painless. The return credit came through quickly, and I was able to pick something else without having to call customer service or jump through hoops. For something I was kind of dreading, Zola handled it really well

"Honestly handy for wedding planning"
Zola was actually a big help while we were planning. Having the guest list, checklist, and budget stuff all in one place made things feel way less scattered, I was going to say organized, but less chaotic is probably more accurate. The budget tool was useful, though it could be a little clunky on my phone sometimes. Still, it saved me from having like five random spreadsheets open and stressing myself out. Not perfect, but I’d definitely use it again

"Helpful support, but it took a little while"
From what I remember, the support team was helpful and did get my issue sorted out. It just took a bit longer than I expected, so I wouldn’t call it super fast, but overall I was glad they helped.

"Pretty easy to use, honestly!"
I found Zola easy to set up and figure out! It was nice having everything in one spot, and the site didn’t feel overwhelming or confusing. A couple of pages were a little slow to load for me... but nothing that really got in the way. Overall, it was a smooth experience
